Communication and Self-Awareness Training

Since 2020, I have been conducting self-developed communication and self-awareness training sessions across 5 levels which build upon each other and combine multiple psychological methods. Each training consists of 10 sessions, once a week for 60 minutes, either in person or online. It includes both theoretical and practical methods tailored to the individual. Through the trainings, one can master assertive communication style, resilient behavior, confidence-building and anxiety-relieving techniques, emotional intelligence development, and we also get introduced to schema therapy. Appointments can be arranged by phone or email.

Communication difficulties

  • • If you are often misunderstood or you misunderstand others.
  • • You cannot express yourself well.
  • • In unexpected, stressful situations, you 'freeze' or react too vehemently/angrily.
  • • You find it difficult to recognize and represent what you want.
  • • You have difficulties resolving conflicts.

Life management difficulties

  • • You find it difficult to reconcile different areas of life, not finding balance.
  • • You feel stuck and would like to change but don't know how.
  • • You often feel anxious and cannot calm yourself.
  • • You would like to be more confident and increase your self-esteem.

Emotion management difficulties

  • • You don't feel well, but you don't know what you're feeling.
  • • You would develop your ability to regulate emotions.
  • • You would like to better understand what people around you might feel.

Reframing negative thoughts

  • • You would like to better know your recurring negative thoughts, where they come from, and their impact, so we can change them.

Resilience development

  • • You would like to not only have more knowledge about your past patterns but also be able to cope with life's challenges using your resources.
  • • You would increase your self-awareness.
  • • You would like to learn techniques that you can apply independently after the training.

How does it work?

The training series takes place in person or online at a pre-arranged time. Each training consists of 10 sessions total. Once a week for 60 minutes for 10 weeks.
